What happens when there are three rivers, LOTS or rain and a big amount of melting snow?

    Well, take the first plane to Barcelona, and go to the beach! 25.5 degres right now.

    Oh, yes, I imagine the Passau is vulnerable to a lot of flooding, although I remember some elevation to protect much of the city.
